Let me tell you my story.
November 2016 - November 2017
In 2016 I started my first company. I had come from a product background and unknown to me at the time, I had no idea how to sell.
After a year of operating, the business was generating $30k in ARR.
Dismal.
Investors were highly concerned.
Cash was almost gone.
I was off salary and almost out of savings.
But over that period of time I had also committed to reading a countless number of books and courses on sales & tech business growth.
And surrounded myself with people who had done it before.

May 2018 -
Fast forward six months and I had turned $30k ARR into $500k ARR.
Propelling the business to enter two new markets.
While being recognised as a top 2 Fintech in Asia Pacific by Money 20/20.
And eventual acquisition.

December 2020 -
After the business was sold in 2020 I wanted to see if the methodology of empowering a founder to sell like crazy and then developing a scalable go-to-market model on the back of the founders success would work.
So I joined a series A company as a VP of sales.
And in 15 months, using the same sales methodology we grew from $1m in ARR to over $4m and entered two new markets.

January 2023 -
I then wanted to see if this could work with an even larger company.
So I joined a series C company as the General Manager of EMEA.
And in 10 months, we added almost $8m in ARR just in the EMEA region, achieved regional profitability for the first time ever and exceeded the budget while in an economic recession…
Again, using the exact same sales methodology.
